Receptionist

Banchory Lodge is looking for a friendly, welcoming and efficient Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will be essential in making sure they have a positive and personal experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

You will deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries, taking on a range of administrative duties and payment processing.

An important liaison between different departments, excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Restaurant staff. Attention to detail in your work and accuracy in both numerical work and typing must be of the highest standard.

For this role, you will need previous experience in a reception role, good numeracy skills, excellent organisational abilities and exceptional people skills. You must also be able to work weekends. Experience using hotel booking systems Guestline Rezlynx or similar will be an advantage.
