Commis Chef

We are looking for a passionate and skilled commis chef to join the established kitchen brigade at Banchory Lodge Hotel.

Banchory Lodge leads the way in innovative menus using the best of fresh local Scottish produce at its’ core. We have a busy restaurant, a strong wedding and event business, and in summer we open our unique 'Sitooterie', for relaxed terrace dining and sharing plates cooked in our outdoor kitchen.

With a strong and experienced leadership team, this is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills in a creative, energetic and supportive kitchen.

If you are a team player with strong communication skills, excellent food hygiene practices, thrive in a fast-paced environment and you love to present high quality food in a beautiful setting, this could be the place for you!
